TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For Fashion Activation Event in the Mall

Wardrobe and Footwear
Dresses and shoes for the event shall be provided by the client. -
Hair and Make-Up Artists (HMUA)
Hair and make-up services are to be arranged and covered by the client. -
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable down payment is required upon confirmation of the booking. The remaining 50% balance shall be settled upon completion of the event. -
Pre-Event Briefing
A complimentary 15-minute briefing will be provided prior to the start of the event. -
Value-Added Tax (VAT)
A 5% VAT will be applied to the total invoice amount. -
Model Replacement
In the event that a booked model is unavailable due to a valid and acceptable reason, TALC will provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost to the client. -
Casting Schedule
Model casting shall be conducted no later than two (2) weeks before the scheduled event date.Models
